I have paid my membership dues, but am not receiving the Journal of Veterinary Cardiology.  What should I do?
The ESVC secretary provides an updated membership list with mailing details to the Journal Publisher (Elsevier) as soon as a new member joins.  However, the Journal Publisher is then responsible for adding any new member to the complimentary journal subscription list.  If you are a current member of the ESVC, and have not received a journal issue (the journal is published semi-annually), please contact Elsevier to correct this problem.  Contact details:

It is most likely that either ESVC or the Journal Publisher has not updated their records.  If your address is listed correctly in the membership directory, then you will need to contact Elsevier to correct the error.  Contact info:

The ESVC updates the membership list as soon as a new member joins.  However, this can take up to 7-10 days.  If you are certain that you are a current member, but do not see your name and details in the membership directory, please contact ESVC by filling in the Member Feedback form.
